15 minutes, same method of direction, this time with a focus on upper-body strength. The usual warm-up at the beginning, and stretch at the end.

My left shoulder did not hurt, but it made sounds indicating that flexing/stretching it more might be advantageous.

I did about 15 minutes of cardio, courtesy of "Yourself Fitness" (a "game" for the PS2) with just a tiny bit of core strengthening and some stretches at the end of the 15 minutes.
