Didn't do much this morning. I was cold and as I started trying to do exercises my knee started aching. Figured I'd give it a rest as a result.

Workout emphasis: Upper body strength

Cooldown with stretch: Yes
Aching joints: A little in the back
Other notes: Didn't have time to also do the Para Para Paradise with Rollerblades as was done yesterday. Should probably do my yoga for back sometime.

Duration: 30 minutes total (15 minutes of Para Para Paradise (on Rollerblades) followed by 15 minutes of Yourself!Fitness)
Warmup? Yes (the 15 minutes of Para Para Paradise makes for a good warmup to Yourself!Fitness - especially on Rollerblades)
Workout emphasis: Flexibility (in theory, but in a 15 minute workout, Maya couldn't get too much of that in)
Also worked on: Cardio
Cooldown with stretch: Yes (although very small in a 15 minute workout)
Aching joints: None
Other notes: Had difficulty with maintaining balance during the "Half Moon" in Maya's workout. May want to use the "Meditation Garden" to work on that.
The wearing of Rollerblades while doing Para Para Paradise was a good added twist - I really feel like it added more to the workout since balancing took effort. However, they're not that comfortable. I hope that the salesperson was right and I just need to "break them in".
I this this 15+15 was a good thing. Sufficient variety to keep me interested/involved and a good cardio thing too. If I don't stay with Rollerblades then I may try those shoes that are supposed to be like mini balance balls or something. I'll try Rollerblades for a while longer though, or such is my intent.

I would like to start posting here again. I think it can help me get back into exercising more, which is something that I need to do.

I've stopped bothering to post here. Sometimes I've gone extended periods of time exercising, and sometimes not. Posting here seems to do me little good other than become just another chore, so I'm giving it up, at least for now - I spend too much time staring at a computer screen anyway.
