On Wednesday I swam for 15 minutes. Unlike other times that I swam for 15 minutes, at the end, it didn't feel like it was enough. I think I should have listened to my body and swam more, but I didn't. Today I got a fever of over 103 F. A referral to a specialized center is in the works.
