Yesterday I walked to and from work and another appointment after work and probably at least as far away, so I'd guess I might have gotten somewhere around 1.5 hours of walking in yesterday. I'll see if I'm able to do much walking today (I hope I can).

I forgot to mention that on Wednesday and Friday of last week I had fevers of around 100 F.

Today I walked to and from work. I hope to do so tomorrow as well.

Yesterday I took the bus to work, and then walked from there to a friend's place, and then from there back to my apartment. Total walking distance was probably about 1.5 times the distance from my apartment to my office.
