Yes (the 15 minutes of Para Para Paradise makes for a good warmup to Yourself!Fitness - especially on Rollerblades)&lt;br /&gt;Workout emphasis: Flexibility (in theory, but in a 15 minute workout, Maya couldn't get too much of that in)&lt;br /&gt;Also worked on: Cardio&lt;br /&gt;Cooldown with stretch: Yes (although very small in a 15 minute workout)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aching joints: None&lt;br /&gt;Other notes: Had difficulty with maintaining balance during the "Half Moon" in Maya's workout. May want to use the "Meditation Garden" to work on that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The wearing of Rollerblades while doing Para Para Paradise was a good added twist - I really feel like it added more to the workout since balancing took effort. However, they're not that comfortable. I hope that the salesperson was right and I just need to "break them in".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I this this 15+15 was a good thing. Sufficient variety to keep me interested/involved and a good cardio thing too. If I don't stay with Rollerblades then I may try those shoes that are supposed to be like mini balance balls or something. That, plus an hour-long nap - and the results were mediocre. But, the headache had gotten pretty bad (moderate, not mild, not severe) before that, so... After the hot shower and a nap, it is now mainly just a standard headache.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I tried some Imitrex. I've been having the verapamil since then (once per day at night) and no noticeable side effects. This morning I felt a headache coming on and so took the Maxalt-MLT again (same form). It may take some time to determine which medication works best for treating that, and so I figured I'd use this to chronicle that as well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm on the regular verapamil (or something like that), starting last night.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I had a really bad headache today, is a possible side effect though (until the body adjusts). I was also amazingly tired today. I hope I'm not having a relapse. I hope it is something else. Today, I walked to the recycling center, and then to the office, and that was about 1.5 hours. On July 14, some walking around airports. On July 16, 17, and 18, a decent amount of time walking around a downtown of a major city. On Thursday, some walking around the downtown of a different city. On Friday, some walking around a mall. Again, after a few hours of lying in bed and being unable to sleep due to the headache, I got up and took my temperature again and it was at 100.6 F. I called the phone nurse information line and she suggested sleeping with the head elevated, and then calling the doctor the next morning - since I shouldn't really take any other anti-inflamatory medication since my existing prescription for my condition is, itself, an incredibly powerful anti-inflamatory. I tried those suggestions, and was able to get back to sleep. My headache is a lot better now, but is still present. My temperature is down to a much more reasonable range. The headache may or may not be a side-effect of the medication.
