I think Zomig could work, but only when taken at mild. At moderate, I think Maxalt works better. I requested more Maxalt.

Yesterday I tried some Zomig. That, plus an hour-long nap - and the results were mediocre. But, the headache had gotten pretty bad (moderate, not mild, not severe) before that, so... I'll try again, now that I'm just at a mild headache phase.

Once again, I discovered on Friday - the Imitrex might work, but it is a noticeably slower/less-effective for me than the Maxalt. That was the last of my Imitrex samples.
Saturday I walked to and from work.

Yesterday I tried the Imitrex again. I think it is relatively worthless.
Yesterday I also did some para para.
Now, I'm going to try the Imitrex again. Last chance for it.

I think that the Imitrex works, but is just much slower (twice as long) and much more gradual than the Maxalt. Either that, or this wasn't that kind of headache at all (which I'm inclined to believe due to its unusual nature and possible explanation in the verapamil dosage irregularity).
Friday night I forgot to take the verapamil, so I took it Saturday (yesterday) morning.
Yesterday I took some Maxalt (again, not the MLT version) and it seemed to ward off a bad headache during lunch+movie, but the headache came on after that, but was only mild-moderate and I didn't take any thing for it.
I awoke this morning with a bad neck ache (verapamil side effect since I was without it and then had it later and since it is time-release would have overlapped with the next dose?) which I thought a hot shower would help with. After the hot shower and a nap, it is now mainly just a standard headache.
I tried some Imitrex. We'll see how well this goes.

Another bad headache today - took maxalt (not the MLT version - so the tablet, not the dissolve-in-the-mouth form) and I'm at least a little bit better.
If verapamil causes side-effects, I think I'm over them.

The Maxalt-MLT worked within a few hours on Friday, and I was good. I've been having the verapamil since then (once per day at night) and no noticeable side effects. This morning I felt a headache coming on and so took the Maxalt-MLT again (same form). It actually seems to have gotten worse since then, but hopefully that will change really soon.
I haven't been able to get the sort of exercise that I would like the past few days - lots of work means I've been driving to save time.... :(

Yesterday I was diagnosed with migraines. It may take some time to determine which medication works best for treating that, and so I figured I'd use this to chronicle that as well.
I'm on the regular verapamil (or something like that), starting last night.
I had a really bad headache today, is a possible side effect though (until the body adjusts). I just took some Maxalt-MLT (or something like that - the dissolve-in-your-mouth form) and we'll see how it goes.
The plan now: nap, get dinner, and relax while watching ....
On Monday I walked to and from work, despite it being labor day. On Tuesday I walked to and from work. On Wednesday I drove to and from work. Yesterday I walked to and from a doctor's appointment a few blocks away.
Today?
