Yesterday I walked around a lot - I might have even gotten some heatstroke. Today I walked around some too, but not as much cardiovascularly, as it were.

Thursday I just walked to and from a grocery store.

Tuesday I didn't get much exercise in, I don't think (I may have gotten a lot of sleeping in - or I might have done yoga again, although I honestly don't recall). Yesterday I did a LOT of walking around a town - and over to another town. I know not what I will do today.

I haven't done much recently, and didn't get to swim the other day like I wanted to - horrible personal event sapped all my motivation.

I walked to/from train stations on Friday and Saturday, and today, I did the yoga Flexibility series.

I'm not exactly where I want to be health-wise, but it is a start.

Today, before the Yourself!Fitness routine mentioned in my previous post, I did the Yourself!Fitness physical challenge, and also, walked to and from the recycling center (about two dozen blocks total).

And then later on in the day, walked to and from the recycling center again.

I used the YOGAmazing Podcast to do the "Yoga for Hips" series and it was pretty good! About half an hour, if I remember correctly.

A few times this week (three now?) I've walked to and from the recycling center (a total of about 24 blocks - 12 each way - each trip, so for 3 times, about 72 blocks).

Wednesday I walked a few blocks while talking with someone, but then got a walk back.

On May 28, I walked to and from a friend's place, and on May 29th, I walked to work (but caught a ride back). On May 30 walked at the mall. Only the movement of moving things around (furniture) while rearranging my apartment since then, until today.
