Yesterday I walked around a lot - I might have even gotten some heatstroke. Today I walked around some too, but not as much cardiovascularly, as it were.
Thursday I just walked to and from a grocery store.

Tuesday I didn't get much exercise in, I don't think (I may have gotten a lot of sleeping in - or I might have done yoga again, although I honestly don't recall). Yesterday I did a LOT of walking around a town - and over to another town. I know not what I will do today.
I haven't done much recently, and didn't get to swim the other day like I wanted to - horrible personal event sapped all my motivation.

Today, before the Yourself!Fitness routine mentioned in my previous post, I did the Yourself!Fitness physical challenge, and also, walked to and from the recycling center (about two dozen blocks total).

I used the YOGAmazing Podcast to do the "Yoga for Hips" series and it was pretty good! About half an hour, if I remember correctly.

Yesterday I swam for 15 minutes, and then walked to and from the grocery story.
A few times this week (three now?) I've walked to and from the recycling center (a total of about 24 blocks - 12 each way - each trip, so for 3 times, about 72 blocks).
