Wow, July 10 was when I last posted to this.

The days after that, not much exercise at all. On July 14, some walking around airports. On July 16, 17, and 18, a decent amount of time walking around a downtown of a major city. On Thursday, some walking around the downtown of a different city. On Friday, some walking around a mall. On Saturday (yesterday - and my temperature made it up to 100 F then - hopefully this was a freak oddity), walking to and from a grocery story.

I know not what today will bring.
