I've been ill, so minimal exercise. Helped a friend with some moving related stuff on Wednesday and Thursday, and that was about it in terms of exercise. No exercise today.

Yesterday I only walked to the friend's place once (drove the other time because I had to be out driving). Today I don't know what exercise I'll get done.

Yesterday I again walked to the friend's place twice (cat sitting) but didn't get any other exercise, aside from cleaning out the utility closet.

Yesterday I walked to and from work, stopping along a friend's place along the way both ways.

Today I'll visit that friend's place twice - I may also get some other exercise done - I hope I will.

Yesterday I walked to a friend's place and then to a hardware store to buy a broom and then back. Today I intend to walk to work and back, stopping by a friend's place along the way both ways. Possibly also to another place for dinner too.

Today, in addition to walking to/from work, I also walked for about 20 minutes in the evening.

A sore throat comes and goes. Energy levels still not back up to normal. Appetite not quite at normal.

Yesterday I walked to and from a friend's place, and to and from the nearby (smaller) mall.

Today I hope to walk to and from work.

Yesterday, no exercise to speak of. Today, I might get a little bit in, we'll see - I'll endeavor to describe it tomorrow.

I appear to have come down with a sore throat today. I had a little yesterday, but I thought it was just from talking. Apparently not. Otherwise, I appear to be ok, although I think my sleeping patterns could use just a little bit of adjustment.

Yesterday all I did in terms of walking was walk a friend back to her place after dinner, and then walk back.

Today I walked along the river for a straight total of about 45 minutes.

Yes, yesterday I think all I walked was just a few city blocks. I'm unsure if I'll walk to/from work today or not.

Alas, I did not get any other exercise of note in yesterday. I anticipate a little bit of walking today, however, not much more than a few city blocks. If I can get more walking in, that would be good. We'll see.

Yesterday, I did the walking that I expected to (to and from work). Today, for various reasons, I'll be driving. I hope, however, that I'll be able to get some sort of other exercise in today though.

Today I walked to a friend's, then to my office, and then to a party-like thing in a park, and then back the same way. The park was just beyond the very south-east edge of campus.

I have no idea if I'll get much exercise tomorrow. I'll see how I feel. I seem to still be having some degree of fatigue.

Yesterday (Wednesday) I walked to a friend's place, and back, but the walk was shorter because the floating bridge was in place.

The day before yesterday (Tuesday) I walked to the mall and back to pick up some shoes.

The day before that (Monday) I walked to and from the doctor's for an apppointment.

Today (Thursday) I hope to walk to/from work.

I have been ill, and still am, thus, no exercise. Hopefully, I will be well tomorrow, but I am making it a point to take one day at a time when it comes to this sort of recovery.
