I could exercise. I feel nearly totally healthy now, but I know today will be a long day, and don't want to stress myself out because I do not want tomorrow to become a time for me to be less healthy due to my exercising of today.

When I feel totally healthy, and when the next day is not a day full of special events - then, perhaps I/we shall be on the right track to exercising regularly again and healthily so.

Other notes: miscellaneous sore muscles, probably because of mild atrophy during the illness of the past few days.

Monday I didn't get any exercise at all, unless you count walking through the Minneapolis airport as exercise (I suppose some people would count that). I've been ill since then and thus have not been getting much exercise as my energy levels have been rather low. I am hoping to get back into my usual routine starting as of today though.
