Aching joints: Left shoulder
Other notes: I did this 10 minutes of swimming now because I really don't think I'll feel like exercising and showering and whatnot tomorrow morning. Tomorrow I have a long day ahead of me and I want to streamline that process as much as possible right now, so I'm exercising now instead of waiting until tomorrow morning. After all, the goal was to exercise regularly, not necessarily every day, just regularly.
